We have a strong track record of delivering strategic change and are looking to expand our successful Transformation Service.

The Transformation Service has oversight and leadership of business change across the university; identifying and delivering the organisational and technological changes required for the university to remain fit and sustainable for the long-term, whilst also being agile and responsive to changing strategic priorities.

The University has reaffirmed its Transforming Lives strategy and has set out an ambitious programme of change for the future, centred around our academic offer, our extended campus and organisational agility. In response to this, we are seeking to strengthen our business change capacity by recruiting to a number of roles in the team, across the project management and business analysis functions. These roles will join our high-performing team to deliver a range of strategic projects.
